Do I Need To Wear
Anything Specific?
Comfortable Gym Wear
Please come dressed in comfortable clothes you can move in. Shorts and sports bra. You will be bear foot for exercises.

You will need to fill out the medical history form and liability waiver when setting up your account prior to your appointment.
Any Specific Arrival Instructions?
Ring The Bell And Wait
In The Lobby
Ring the bell to be let in. After coming in you can get changed in the bathroom which is to the left of the main area before you get to the short steps. After getting changed take a seat and relax before your appointment.
